1 team member: handicap = +1 Point
2 team members: handicap = 0 Points
3 team members: handicap = -1 Point
4 team members: handicap = -2 Points
5 team members: handicap = -3 Points
6 team members: handicap = -4 Points
etc…

Prizes for first place team. A second place prize is awarded when there are 30+ participants.
